• Dry-clean only rugs.*

How We Clean Area and Oriental Rugs

1. We will pre-inspect the rug for material type, condition, dye stability, staining or discoloration, and overall soiling
2. Select proper cleaning agents to maximize best results.
3. Area and oriental rugs can be cleaned “on-site” at your house or brought can be back to our facility. If in-house, we prepare the area and protect the surrounding floor and furnishings.
4. We will pre-vacuum both sides of the rug to help remove loose impediments such as soil, dust mites, pet dander, etc.
5. We will pre-condition stains and heavily soiled areas.
6. We will then lightly agitate the rug to loosen the stains and any embedded soil.
7. Complete steam rinse and soil extraction leaving rugs clean and almost dry to the touch.
8. Clean and brighten rug fringes.
